I would like to say that it felt good to hear true words, I for one being a vet of 78. Many points are so true. Many people blame the gov*t. He deserves all of it. That can be fixed if the good population makes the right decisions 😁. All in all, Younger I would be using my brain instead of my heart. God bless us all. 😊😢🤗🙏

Without any doubt the biggest problem with Canadian employment systems is the deduction taxes on the payroll payments. The idea of deducting one third of your paycheck is criminal as it’s applied right now. If you work for 44hours per week and you are on minimum wage you can get about $700 a week, but the problem is that the person who is on minimum wage ends up receiving less than $575. so do the math $700 is about $3000 per month and that is not too bad. but taxes reduce the pay to $2300 per month How can anyone afford to live in canada with this monthly income?? the first $500 per week income should and must be exempt from any taxes whatsoever, and it should be protected under the law as the poverty line income cannot be taxed at all. As a result you would eliminate the under the table income and eliminate the under ground economy which could make up for the shortfall of the tax income revenues. as a restaurant owner and the difficulty dealing with legal employees and my understanding of the reason why some choose to go on welfare because they are basically working for a couple of hundreds Dollars a month.

Looking way more experienced now. Wow the navigation information has come a long way. We learnt to use only maps in training, then were spoilt with GPS and radar if you had it. Looks beautiful Jason! The sealife isn’t easy but damn it’s satisfying. Finally a little chop, get to see the little boat doing it’s thing. Nice! 😊

I left Canada in 1995 when I could look in the want ads in the papers and they would say women and people of colour are strongly encouraged to apply. As a white guy born and raised there, I figured I wasn’t welcome. So I left.
